no tab to clear temporary internet files, clear history

Please help I have XP professional With an IE6. with service pack
SP1installed. When IE6 is running and go to tools.internet options All I
have by available is security options tab. there is no tab to remove
temporary
internet files, or clear history tab those options used to be there but now
they
are not available I have no idea what I did wrong. or how do I reinstall
