I see that many of the groups have not refreshed since about midnight last
evening. Guess one of their servers is down - again!

The MS newsserver team has been working tirelessly to resolve these recent
problems and will be working on it for the rest of today/tonight
(UTC -0800). We all very much appreciate their continued efforts.

Things should be much-improved by tommorow (23 Jan-04). Meanwhile, some
continued "flakiness" will probably be witnessed.
