If microsoft wants to give something away, I'd rather have a good firewall,
or a good antivirus system, or a good spell checker, or a good way to
select save rather than allow hot fixes specific to my PC to install, or a good
compact OS without the dog or browser, or a good... 'lil dreamer

Calc Plus is a fine freebie; however, the "Currencies" item doesn't do the
US Dollar conversion! Maybe I'm missing something, but I cannot find a way
to convert (for example) the Euro to US Dollars. Maybe the Dollar is not a
biggie anymore. And the world is still flat...

On the Edit menu choose Download ECB rates (todays exchange rate).

Then make the from currency Euro and you can convert (as help says). You can only auto convert from Euros.

To manually convert use Edit - Currencies to set up.
