New Window Error

I'm using IE6 and things have been fine. However, in the last few
days whenever it tries to open a new window the new window freezes and
just says "Microsoft Internet Explorer" across the top. Anytime the
target is a new window this happens, when clicking on a link from
Outlook or clicking on a link that opens RealPlayer etc. Any idea
what's going on and how to maybe fix it? Thanks so much for any help.
