IE6 problem with resizing when opening a link in a new window

Hey all,

Whenever I click on a link in IE6 that opens in a new window, the window
that opens is small. I've tried resizing the new window and then closing it,
but when I try to reopen the link, it is still small. I can't seem to resize
the new-link window effectively.

Any tips?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Open a new window from a link that launches one. Close all previous IE
windows. Do not click the Maximize button. Drag the edges to resize the IE
window open as large as you want, then while holding SHIFT down, close the
window by the "x". This should maintain the new window size between
sessions.

New windows are not truly maximized, but can be set to nearly so by the
method above.

Or you could try this little utility:

IE New Window Maximizer 2.3

Autosizer
