new mail sends window off right edge of screen

when I try to start a new email the message window goes off the edge of
screen on right side. it is on task bar and clicking task bar icon I can see
it fly from off screen to task bar then click again it opens at the same time
it is flying off right edge of screen.

trhe same thing happens to me with Outlook 2003. The entire application. If
it's maximized, it fill the screen. if restored to anything other than
maximized it flies off the upper left. The same issue I think. Need help!

Right-click the Taskbar icon for the app and choose Move. Ise the keypad
arrow keys to move the window right and down until it's on the screen far
enough to be able to click on the title bar. Press Enter. Now you'll be
able to use the mouse to move the window.
