I can not see main outlook window

I can get Outlook 2003 SP-2 running on my XP. I see it running in the task
manager console, & I see a splash screen, however I cannot see any Outlook
windows. When I maximise Outlook by clicking on its icon on the taskbar It
looks like it is maximizing to the right of my moniter and is not on my
desktop. I see a window moving up and to the right, and then off the
moniter's desktop. When I minmize I see wthe window quickly move from right
side of my moniter back to the task bar button.

As iff it was maximizing off and to the right of my descktop.

Outlook works fine when loging in as an other user on the same machine.

Any Ideas.

Try going to start | run, browse to the full path to Outlook.exe - and
append a space and /safe after the last double quote. E.g. :

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\ofFICE11\outlooK.EXE" /safe

Then hit Enter. If Outlook runs properly then, you probably have an add-in
that isn't playing nicely with the other kids. Just a guess.
