MS Anti Spyware Beta removed a new.dot.net program stating
that it was a possible browser hijack. After removal I
was unable to connect to the internet. After trying
almost everything on the book, I had to format my C: drive
and reinstall Windows XP Home Edition.

I lost many days trying to fix the problem. I have a
Dell Dimension 8000 intel4, 1,300 mhz.

What happend?

This can happen with all antispyware program not only with MSAS.
