Hijack warning

Each time I run a scan with Beta Antispyware it finds a
possible browser hijack (browser modifier). Sometimes
the rovval process says that it has been taken out and
sometimes it hangs up while trying. Could I really have
this spyware each time I run a scan even after it has
been removed after the immediately previous scan. Or is
it seeing something else?
Thanks for any ideas.

Restart in safe mode, open MS AntiSpyware, on the scan page, choose scan
options > full system scan (check the boxes below) > click "Run Scan Now".

Restart in safe mode instructions:
www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/boot_failsafe.mspx

Remove browser helper objects:
Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files* C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;
If you are running SP2, open IE---Tools---Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recognize.
