xlime.offeroptimizer and kanoodle

I downlaoded and ran the Microsoft Anti-Spyware progam,
and it identified and removed several spyware programs on
my desktop, including:
Vx2.Zserv
iseacrh
ieplugin
cool web search
deal helper
shop at home spyware
gain adware
cliks adware
bloodhound exploit active x
possible host files hijack spyware

After removal the computer was automatically re-booted.

But my desktop is still being over-run by spyware
gerenated ads, particularly from isearch, kannoodle, and
xlime offeroptimizer...

I have already been running Lavasoft ad-aware and Spybot
S&D. Neither of these programs seems to work either.

Can you please let me know how I can identify the files
and programs which contain this spyware and how to remove
them? Or are they impossible to remove?

How do you know you are infected with Xlime or any of the others? Can you
provide a behavior which Xlime, isearch, and kannoodle which leads you to
believe you are seeing their effects.
