Networking problem

Joe

I have three computers connected to the internet through
a wireless router, two of which are wireless and one is
wired, I was looking to use the wired one as mainly
storage, but I am having trouble accessing it. When I
click on it to open the computer it says:

\\Downstairs is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this network to find out if you have
access permissions

Access is denied.

Any help resolving this probably would be a big help,
thanks.

Hi,

If you fond anything about it will be great since I have the same problem on
a Networked Intel print server:

I have a 5 remote site Win2000 Network. Clients are Win98 and 3 or 4 WinXP.
On 1 site, I have 2 XP pro among Win98 clients and 1 Intel Netport Express
print server which shares an HP 6MP. All clients use DHCP server parameters
and all clients can access and print to that printer. All but 1 XP pro PC.
Though this PC can ping and see all other network shares, it can't ping and
see that print server???? Like I said, this PC is configured like all other
PC and even logged on as Admin, I still can't see and ping the LOCAL print
server. Running ipconfig shows that everything is OK. I must admit that I
have few WinXP on the network and all of them experiment weird problem. I
can't figure out what the problem is.
