Network disconnects with windows xp

My network is mixed network .
Windows 2000 as domain controller.
windows 98 and windows xp desktops.

All my xp desktops has problem that after approx an our of
usage if i try to connect to my 98 desktops . It asks me
for user name and password .I have tried installing netbui
protocol but it also didn't help me.

Hi Ashish
In the XP machines connection properties/power management tab, if a
check mark is in
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
remove it and choose OK
