We have a Win2K SP3 server, I'm trying to start 'Routing
and Remote Access' service but get 'Event ID: 7002' error.
I checked the RPC service is running but what
the 'NetBIOSGroup' is all about? I couldn't find and start
it! Following is the error msg in system log:

In service manager, look which services RRAS depends on, and check their
state.
