Nero 6 Ultra and file renaming

When trying to rename a file on a fixed disk (in Windows Explorer) while
burning a DVD with Nero 6 Ultra, the confirmation message that has appeared
(I don't know why, and that's another BIG issue) broke down the writing
process.
In the dialog that listed the said file (among others), the DVD drive was
not in the list of drives, as only the files in that folder on the fixed
disk were listed; I can only presume that... something tried to read the DVD
drive although there was NO NEED for it to be listed.
Lost a DVD on this creepy sh*t. Excuse me.

As far as I know, Nero 6 is not compatible with Vista unless Nero posted
patches on its website for that purpose.

Whenever you use an application with so many components and only borderline
compatibility, it's usually only a matter of time before it finally stops
working.

You might want to check with Nero's website about upgrading to the latest
version, www.nero.com.

Well... I don't know about the said compatibility, but I've burned many a
DVD with this version of Nero, and it keeps working fine. What I've said is
only that the file renaming in Vista does indeed break the _current writing
session_.
