My old 19 inch Monitor packed up so I went to the nearest pc shop and purchased a new one as above in the title.
This monitor insists that I have to run it at 1280x1024 60 Hertz.
When I run it at these settings my fonts are too small.
I changed my DPL settings to custom @ 160% normal size (154 dpi) fonts are ok but I have a large mouse pointer.
I contacted NEC technical they asked for my phone number and said they would call me back they never did.
Could it be my graphic card that is giving me problems?
I ran my old monitor at 1024x768 75 Hertz.
My graphic card is Nvidia Geforce 6100.
Would someone please give me advice.
