My pictures folder

When I used to go into My Pictures I had several options on the left hand
side of the page. See the attached site to what I used to see.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/shareit/instant.mspx
Now when I go to my pictures all I see is folders from drive c on the left
and none of the things I used to be able to do when in My pictures. Did
something change? I do not remember changing anything. My pictures are still
in folders to the right but the left is different. Any help is appreictaed.

Thanks Paul but I still cannot see the stuff I used to on the left. Maybe I
am not doing something correct but I ran the command and it said successful
and when I go to the folder under my pictures and click on it it just fills
the page with the picture folders and no tasks on the left.

OK...what do you see on the left? If you
see Folders in the left pane...try what
Paul suggested and click the "Folders"
button on your toolbar.

Also you could try going to...
Tools / Folder Options / General tab....
Tick..."Show common tasks in folders" /
Apply / OK.
