My emails show an incorrect date received

The date received on my emails using Outlook is incorrect even thiught the
date sent is correct. I have checked my computer's date and time and that is
right (as is Outlook's). I am using XP pro.

If all your incoming mails show the incorrect date, then most likely the
date on your (ISP's) mail server is incorrect.

Thanks, but I have already checked with my ISP and their date is correct. It
was happening with my previous ISP too. The person I spoke to at the ISP
mentioned security on my computer. Is there anything else that would change
the date and time?

I have a similar problem. I use Office 2003 and Vista. Most of the time my
incoming mail is fine but occasionally an email will arrive with an incorrect
date some time in the past. e.g. an email sent to me today arrived with date
30th April. I am aware that the email has arrived by the numder of unread
emails shown against the in box but then have to scroll down until I ind it.
I have the in box set to newest on top but the date is the governing factor.
