My date received is incorrect . Date sent is correct

Whenever I send an email from Outlook 2007, the date sent is correct, taking
it from my system clock, but every email I receive has an incorrect date on
it. A couple of my friends also indicated that the emails I sent (with the
correct date and time on my computer) showed up on their computer with the
incorrect date and time. How can I fix this? Is it possible that my ISP's
server is changing the date somehow?
