MSSPC.ECF

My outlook 2003 just started giving errors. It wont open and gives errors
about invalid or missing msspc.ecf file. The file is present. I have copied
one from another pc. Outlook wont start in safe mode either.

Any ideas?

Rename extend.dat to .old and see if it opens.
