Msoft Office Outlook is offline icon bottom right corner

I have an icon bottom right corner telling me that Office Outlook is offline
- Can anyone tell me how to get it online? I am able to send/rcv with my main
eamil address but it wont send from other address

File->Uncheck Work Offline.
