HOW DO I SET UP OUTLOOK, I KEEP GETTING A MSG SAYING IM OFFLINE

I've just reinstalled office professional 2007 on my new laptop, however i
cant open outlook and it keeps telling me im offline, how can i set this to
online, if it wont even let me open the application?

You need to tell us about how your accounts are setup.

If you don't care, go to Control Panel, open Mail, and create a new
Outlook profile.

If you can't find Mail, switch it into classic view or list view mode so
all icons are visible.
