MSN Unwanted homepage

Hello group,
Has anyone experienced, or does anyone know the solution, to a
"restrictions" problem, that I'm having. When I have IE 6 open, and click on
tools, internet options, I immediately get an error message, stating "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator". I am the system admin, and there
are no active guest accounts. I'm trying to change the default opeing
homepage, but going thru control panel internet options, lets me change
every setting but that one, which is grayed out.. I assume this is an
adminastrative setting, but I have no idea which one. Anyone care to tackle
this? If so, please reply to either my email, ([email protected]), or
this thread. Thanks.

Close IE.
Open Regedit.
Find the value NoBrowserOptions and remove every instance of it.

You might try this from Mike Burgess first if you use SpyBot:
'Did you by chance run SpyBot's Immunize feature?
If so, you can unlock by unchecking the option to "Protect IE Control
Panel". See:
