homepage changed to update.microsoft.com

i applied the recent security updates (KB900930, KB890830, KB908519 and
KB912919) and subsequently my homepage is

http://update.microsoft.com/microso....com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us

i am running xp. i have run norton antivirus scan, spybot and ad-aware in
safe mode. no spyware found. also, tried changing homepage back to
yahoo.com in tools, internet options, general, homepage. does not work.
please advise.
