MSN not working

I have trouble in logging in my MSN, i have 6.2 Version,
but whenever i try to log in, i get an error message
Error Code: 0x81000370. I have uninstalled the messamger
en reinstalled in several times, but it never seems to
work, what can i do?
Im not even able to log in on my computer, gives
troubleshooting options, but they never work.
Plz assit me.

I had the same error today and was able to resolve it removing everything
from folder C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN
Messenger\
Also removing those entries from registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - Microsoft - MSNMessenger -
PerPassportSettings

This may sound stupid to someone who knows alot about
windows but how do i get to that registry thing that was
mentioned as i cant find it?
