MSN and Hotmail problems

I can not sign in to MSN or hotmail because it says the
passwords are incorrect...we have changed them and still
it wont let us on it gives us this 0x81000370 error code.
Also I noticed that when I went to do a windows update it
will not download anything. Everything else is fine on our
computer and we do get online just not hotmail or MSN. My
kids are frustrated and I am to! Help Please!
