mp3 tagger with advanced move and rename capabilities.

Hi,

I am looking for a mp3 mass-tagger that not only do tags, but can move and
rename the files to maintain a library based on the tags. What I mean is
that it should be able to move and create directories so that I get one
directory for each artist with sub directories for the albums, and the
have the files renamed to track number and title. I know the media player
foobar2000 has this built in, but I am not using that player, so it would
be great to find a mass tagger program that could do this. Does anyone
know if such a beast exists as freeware?

Flexible Renamer is very powerful and does lots of stuff, but I don't
use the functionality that you are talking about so don't know if it
will do exactly what you want.
