At work on windows 2000 the computer stopped responding to the mouse
clicks.I rebooted and everything worked fine until I had to click on an ok as
part of entry into the system. Then ,again no response to the mouse
clicks.What can cause this?

Do you have a special mouse driver loaded?
Did you change the mouse response in the control panel?

The computer is used by several people. The mouse was on the left side when I
started and before it stopped responding to the clicks it would work with a
right click instead of the normal left click. One person using it is left
handed. He might have changed settings.I'll check. Thanks !

When I went back to work after two days off I was going to check the mouse
settings but there was a new mouse and everthing worked ok.So it was in the
mouse.
Thanks again,
