Missing SP1.cab

Trying to install XP with no luck. Downloaded and made boot
discs. Made 3 sets. tried 5 times same thing comes up.
following value in the .SIF file used by setup is corrupted
or missing:
Value 0 on the line in section [SourceDisksFiles] with key
"SP1.cab"
Setup cannot continue. To quit setup, press F3

If you are using the Windows XP setup floppy disks,
make sure you have downloaded the correct set of setup disks.
If your have a Windows XP CD with SP1, you need to download
the setup disks for use with the Windows XP SP1 installation CD.
