.sif file missing or corrupted

Trying to re-install WinXP Pro
Getting this error:
The following value in the .SIF file used by Setup is
corrupted or missing:
Value 0 on the line in section [SourceDisksFiles] with
key "SP1.cab."
Setup can not comtiue

How do I fix? Was this caused by a virus?

Apparently, you downloaded the incorrect set of setup disks.

Obtaining Windows XP Setup Boot Disks
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles

Make sure you download the correct set of disks. If SP1 is included with
your Windows XP CD, download the setup disks for use with SP1.

Clean Install Windows XP
