Missing Formatting Toolbar

Somehow today I deleted the formatting toolbar from the main inbox screen.
It was just below the File Edit View etc toolbar. Does anyone know how to
get this back?

Have you already tried right-clicking the Standard toolbar and checking the
Advanced toolbar on the popup menu to make it reappear?

Right click in the toolbar area and add back the toolbar.
