Missing Backup for XP Home Ed.

I have an OEM version of XP Home edition on my computer,
which didn't come with the backup utility on the cd. Is
there any way to get a copy of this utility? (Download or
otherwise) If not, is there a reasonable, inexpensive
alternative?
