When starting Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 pro pc I receive the
following error.

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service nwnsp.dll. Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured.

Close Outlook, find and rename extend.dat to .old. If that does not work,
try creating a new mail profile

I am very new to Outlook and am not very familliar with its' workings. I
am use to using Lotus Notes.

I have renamed the file but it still does not work. How do I create a new
profile without going into Outlook?
