Microsoft Office Outlook has not been installed for the current us

I had no problems with using outlook and office but all of the sudden I got
the above error message - "Microsoft Office Outlook has not been installed
for the current user. Please run setup to install the application." I also
get the same error message for Microsoft Office. I am using Office and
Outlook 2007 installed on a computer with Vista 64 bit installed. I am the
only user (admin rights) and no others use the computer unless I log in and
then let them use it. Any ideas how I can correct the problem(s).
