New error?

I have not been able to update my outlook for three days. When I try to run
Outlook I get this message - "Microsoft Office Outlook has not been installed
for the current user. Please run setup to install the application." I have
done all this, and I am still getting the error. Are there any suggestions?

If you right click on the outlook.exe shortcut and select "run as
administrator" does it work?
