Microsoft Mail Postoffice in Win2000

Since we upgraded from Win 98 to 2000, I can't administer
my mail postoffice because the icon is not in the control
panel. I haven't found anything on-line to help me figure
out how to access the postoffice to make changes. Can
anyone please help?
