mail from yahoo to windows mail (vista)

hello
today i open a new account by yahoo
cause i want that messenges from yahoo come to windows mail
but it no function
i can send from windows mail to other people
but when a other one write a mail to me . .
it's not coming to windows mail . .its even goes to yahoo...
& i have here a error. .
maybe cause that it don't comes to windows mail
i think its about the account or whatever
sever mistake : 0x800CCC90
error/mistake number : 0x800CCC18

Please post the entire error message. Note that you cannot use Windows Mail
with US-based free email accounts, you must get a paid Yahoo Plus email
account to do this.
