Lost style and presentation info

Signed in to Net Passport yesterday and today my settings for style and
presentation for my msn.com home page are gone. Tried following the
directions (listed below); tried to install explorer again but was told I
already have the latest version. How can I get my original home page back
and why did this happen? the only change made was signing up for Net
Passport.

"Your browser cannot find our style and presentation information. You’re
welcome to use the page as is, or upgrade your browser to its latest version.
If you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the Microsoft Internet
Explorer website to install the latest version. If you are using another
browser, see your browser’s website for more information."

All those customizations you make in the way my.msn.com is displayed for you
are stored in a cookie. If that cookie becomes damaged/corrupted or is
deleted, all your customizations for that site are lost. You will have to
reset the page customizations manually again. Also, if you just created a
new Passport login, you are being recognized as a "new visitor", so you'll
have to customize the site again. If you are using WinXP, here is where the
cookie is stored: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Cookies The cookie
in question will be <username>@msn.txt or <username>@msn[1].txt
