your browser cannot find our style and presentation -email

When I click on a web page and attempt to send it, I get the following
message. File - send, page by e-mail

your browser cannot find our style and presentation information. You are
welcome to use the web page as is...

I am currently using a fully patched version of Windows XP SP2. When I go
to update windows there are no patches available. I am using ie
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gr.050301-1519

If you want to test, go to MSNs home page and click file send page by
e-mail - I don't know if this happens with all web pages but it definitely
happens on this page.

Short of using another browser, is there to a way to get this message to go
away?

I have seen this also.

Namely a message at the top of my e-mail body "Your browser cannot find our
style and presentation information. You are welcome to use the web page as
is, or upgrade your browser to its latest version."

A brief investigation proved fruitless - except my experience suggests this
message is for your eyes only and doesn't get sent to the destination e-mail
recipient.

On http://www.msn.com - I get this message in a pop-up box when trying to
send that page by email:

"The current document type can not be sent as mail. Would you like to send a
Shortcut instead?"

I would suspect that page, being dynamically created, and containing
scripts, Flash ads, etc., cannot be composited by OE as a complete page -
probably due to security restrictions on the page's active content.

If you don't want to just send a link to the page, a work-around would be to
go, in IE, to File...Save as... change Save as type to "Web Archive, single
file (*.mht), save to your desktop and then email that file. As a test, I
did that with the site mentioned above - emailed the .mht file to myself.
Of course, opening it in OE did so in IE's restricted zone - causing the
Flash ad upper right on the page to not display, but everything else was
fine.
