Losing Network Connection

Win 2K Server with Win 2K Pro clients.
Just installed a new 2K Pro machine. Can browse & access all machines on the
network.
However, if I try & files to new machine fro any other machine, or try & run
an app installed on any other machine, I lose the network connection between
new machiine & server.
Doesn't affect any other machines.

From a command prompt;
ipconfig /all
before and after the issue may reveal something.
