Losing connection to server

Running Win 2K server, with Win 2K Pro clients.
Just installed new 2K machine, no prob.
Browses domain & access other machines.
However, if I try & copy a file from any other machine to new machine,
network connection fails. Also happens if I try and run an app installed on
other machines.
Prob only arises with new machine. Logged in as Administrator.
