Local Area Connection Not Working

my Local Area Connection in taskbar is not there no more i tried used my
network connections to go to Local Area Connection Properties push the check
for the two, one for the Show icon in notifcation area when connevted and
Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity. It don't work
, i see nothing in my taskbar in my down right crner. My Local Area
Connection short cut is not working right too
i can disable but can't enable it.

my taskbar doe not show my Local Area Connection that my problem.
and my Local Area Connection short-cut is on disable not both disable and
enable.
please help me on this problem.

First of all i can connect to the network fine but no icon in my taskbar.
I want it working again so i can see my Local Area Connection Working.

P.S ras you suck at reading if you don't read my problem that i posted
