Hi...
Brand new computer and had no problem with my DSL connection until recently
I noted in the notification bar the "Local Area Connection" is always
searching for some address (and never finds it!). If I click on "repair" I
get an error telling me "cannot repair the problem because it is renewing
your IP address".
If I disable it, I cannot connect. I cannot remove it from the notifcation
bar and it drives me crazy with the little ball going around in circles all
the time.
Just when I think I got computers all figured out......
Thanks for anyone's help.
