Links in messages - Outlook XP

When clicking on all links provided in emails, Outlook XP attempts to open a
dialog box (Locate Link Browser, looking for an .exe file) instead of
displaying the site described by the link. This started suddenly, without
making any changes to setups. Any ideas?
