Links in Outlook Messages Won't Open

In my Outlook 2007 on my Vista desktop, links in email messages have stopped
working. An error message says, "This operation has been canceled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer." I've installed and uninstalled
Firefox and Chrome, system recovered, run repair, renewed a registry, and
tried other fixes, all without success. All I can do now is copy a link in a
message and paste it into a browser. Any suggestions for me?

I did a quick search of Google and here is what I found:

It appears it is a system issue, and can be easily resolved with a couple of
steps. This is a nice little article with picutres and everything. Not even I
could mess it up! Good luck!

Stop trying to hijack someone else's thread with a "me, too" reply,

You're trying to pretend that you have never heard of online searches, like
at Google? Or that your OWN search on the error message turned up no

- Do NOT omit the message.
- Do NOT describe the message.
- Do NOT summarize the message.
- Do NOT paraphrase the message.
- Do NOT truncate the message.
- Do show the ENTIRE message (but munge or star out personal info,
like your username in an e-mail address but not the domain).
