WSEM214.DLL seems to be a spyware BHO/plugin attaches itself to IE.
Removal Instructions at:

Additionally, run Spybot scan. SpyBot S&D searches your harddisk for
Spyware and Adware

Adaware (similar)

(Remember to perform a Webupdate to have the latest definitions installed)

Am continually getting this error message. Lexplore has
caused an error in WSEM214.DLL Then browser closes. Any
