internet explorer 6 caused error in WSEM214.dll file

Hi i keep getting the same error masseage coming up when i
exit the net i.e. explorer has caused an error in
WSEM214.dll file (and occasiionaly KERNELL.dll file) but i
cant find a solution. Can anyone help or give me some
advice please i would really appreciate it!!
