Explorer has caused an error in TSP108.DLL

After I start my computer, I get this error message when I
try to access most applications (eg, My computer,
IE, ...): "Explorer has caused an error in TSP108.DLL.
Explorer will shut down". I can not find anything on
TSP108.DLL in MS Support. What is causing this & how do I
resolve it? Thanks!
