WHere was it? I want to see if it's the same as Wollrath MultiLauncher,
that I have on my site. Can host if it is (or if you have the other one).

Hi John,
I've posted it to alt.binaries.freeware

I made it to the top of the hill. Most reports and project work are
in. Now for the finals!

The countdown has begun. . . and entering the final stretch is
REMbranded! he looks like the winner. . .

and it's almost party time. . . ;)

EssentialPIM ( http://www.essentialpim.com ) is a freeware Personal
Information Manager. Nothing is stored in registry, has a compact USB
Flash version (i.e. non-install version)

Hi Maxim, still enjoying EPim. I use a shareware program

www.billpower.com

That uses a search and grab function to do client billings. I'm guessing it
does this by looking into the MSAcess db of Outlook. What db does Epim use?

I'm not congratulating him until he for sure makes it to the finish line.
If he doesn't pass his finals, I don't think it'd help if ACF wrote an
excuse note to present to his instructors. ("Please excuse, REM, he had
a newsgroup emergency...")

Thank you both. It's so nice to have the time again to have a
newsgroup emergency!

IMO this is THE app to recommend to those who want simple photo
printing. It doesn't get any easier than this *and* it's a good
thumbnail browser too. Want to make a collage? Drag and drop to
rearrange the printing layout - WYSIWYG. (jpg or bmp formats only.)

I've always wondered... what is a female bastard called? A bastress?

To my knowledge, 'bastard' is a term used to refer to offspring of either
sex born to parents who were not married to each other at the time of
their offspring's birth. A lot of people incorrectly use the word 'bitch'
as the female equivalent - the correct male equivalent of 'bitch' is 'dog'
- in the same way as the correct male equivalent of 'cow' is 'bull' or the
male equivalent of 'prostitute' is 'gigolo'.

Nicolaas.

....We often don't appreciate what we have until we lose it. Don't wait
for that to happen.

Hi Susan,
unfortunately ISTM that it doesn't work on XP, or in NTFS partitions, or
maybe in localized (Italian) Windows versions.

It doesn't see all directories in my C: drive, e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\Maria Luisa\Documenti\Immagini

Anyone else with this problem in Windows XP?

It works on my "kids" XP OS. I recall one post about a problem in XP -
IIRC several responses from others that it did work for them in XP. It
would be nice to pin down the difference in the set-ups.
