Is there a way to make the user name 'administrator' always appear on the 'Welcome Screen'?

I need to be logged on as 'administrator' to get full-functionality of my
scanner software, and it would be helpful to have that user be on the
Welcome logon.

Just make sure your user account has administrator priveleges.
