Internet sharing on Win2000 but not on WinXP

Hi there

I have a local network at home with 2 computers. The host computer (which is connected with a Surfboard Cable modem to the internet) has Win2000 and WinXP installed and the other machine WinXP. When the host computer runs on Win2000, the other machine has internet connection. But when the host runs WinXP, you can't have internet sharing connection on the other machine. What's wrong with it
Any help to have internet sharin on both machines runnin on XP would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks

unfortunately, I have the opposite problem. Maybe you can help me...
My Host Computer has Win2k and the internet works fine, the client comp has XP and the network is fully functional both ways just using a crossover Cat 5 Cable, but I can't get internet on the Client (XP) computer
